Biography:
Count Dooku, a pivotal character in the Star Wars saga, first appears in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. He is portrayed as a charismatic yet formidable figure, a former Jedi Master who abandoned the Order to embrace the dark side of the Force and become a Sith Lord, Darth Tyranus.
Prior to his fall, Dooku was trained by Yoda and was a respected member of the Jedi Council. He became disillusioned with the corruption he perceived within the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order's growing political involvement.
As Darth Tyranus, he served as the public face and leader of the Separatist movement during the Clone Wars, secretly manipulated by his master, Darth Sidious (Emperor Palpatine). Dooku was a skilled duelist and a key player in Palpatine's scheme to plunge the galaxy into war and ultimately establish the Galactic Empire. His journey concludes in Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, where he meets his end at the hands of Anakin Skywalker.
